uses inspiration from patterns
found in our every day world,
ancient patterns across many
cultures, and uses these patterns
in easy to apply repetition.
These patterns create focus for
the mind, relaxation for the body
and a gentle meditative feeling
of peace.
By becoming aware of the world
around us, we are able to see
with awe and intrigue, never tiring
from the beauty that is accessible.
Cher teaches small groups, private classes, discount classes at The Allen
Senior Center in Allen, TX and is available to professional presentations on
the value and techniques of Meditative Drawing.
